Heat treatment

    The Tianshan heat treatment workshop was established in 2009, and had formally put into production in October, at the same year. Since its establishment, yearly productivity amounts to 3500 tons, covers gear heat treatment working procedures like quenching, quenching and tempering, nitriding and so on. Heat treatment equipments are all made in Austria (Aichelin). At present, there are ten well type carburizing furnaces and two well type tempering furnaces which connected to become a carbureting and quenching production line. In addition, a roller-hearth furnace production line two desktop tempering furnaces and a Straightener are imported.
